“We are thrilled with our new bathroom and downstairs loo. Everything was well thought out and went according to plan. It was a huge job with the old bathroom and downstairs loo having to be completely gutted.

“Could we take this time to thank you for the professional, friendly and polite manor at all times from the day we came into your showroom until the last visit and final completion payment.
On the first visit to your showroom, Andy was so helpful and full of enthusiasm whilst offering good advice when we were choosing our bathroom.

When we attended again with decisions to be made on the final fix and tiles once again he was there to give his personal and professional advice. Two weeks was given for the works to be carried out, this was completed on schedule.

From the first day to the last the trades men were on time, polite and informative in relation to what works would be carried out that day.
Never at any time was waste or building material left on the job, at the end of each day the area was cleaned and left tidy.

A big thanks to your trades men again. We feel the bathroom is absolutely fantastic and look forward to spending many hours soaking up those bubbles. Champagne?!

They were very respectful towards myself and the property.
